Equipment for discharge and measurement with two-phase separation

Antipollution discharge equipment with flare stack is used during production tests for measurement of gas flowrates and of produced fluids quantities. Production behavior of a well can be monitored by a series of adjustments to this equipment for stimulating the pressures in the colector pipe. The equipment separates the brine produced in the reservoir from the gas flow, retains the brine in the horizontal separator, measures it, and discharges it in a water tank, protecting thus the environment. The gas resulting during tests is burned in the flare stack, thus gas is not directly vented into the atmosphere.

The equipment is composed of:

1.    Pressure manifold: Pn 210 bar;

2.    Well gas heater: Pn 140 bar;

3.    Horizontal gas separator: Pn 64 bar;

4.    Fluid calibration vessel: 1 cubic meter;

5.    Gas discharge and regulation flare;

6.    Electronic gas flowmeter and retro-regulator.
