Diana–Andreea Lupu is the legal representative of ROMGAZ BLACK SEA LIMITED and its Branch since July 2023. 

From the current position, Mrs. Lupu coordinates the activities performed within ROMGAZ BLACK SEA LIMITED related to NEPTUN DEEP project. 

She held previously, various positions within S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A., the largest natural gas producer in Romania, being responsible, among others for coordinating S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. transition in the transaction and the transfer of all shares issued by (representing 100% of the share capital) ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Romania Limited which holds 50% of the rights and obligations under the Petroleum Agreement for the deep water area of XIX Neptun Block in the Black Sea (”NEPTUN DEEP”).

She graduated the Engineering Faculty of Lucian Blaga Sibiu University, major in Hydrocarbon Transmission, Distribution and Storage, a Master’s Degree in Natural Gas Engineering and Management and a PhD in the field of Mine, Petroleum and Gas within University of Petroleum and Gas, Ploiesti.
