Information on the exercise of political influence and lobbying activities
Pursuant to the provisions of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772 of 31 July 2023 supplementing Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards sustainability reporting standards, and the requirement to submit information on the exercise of political influence and lobbying activities, the following is clearly delineated:
At no time did ROMGAZ performed actions of exercising any political influence or direct lobbying activities, and at no time did ROMGAZ allocated amounts in the budget for such purpose.
